I have gambled on millions of rounds of blackjack. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a few years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first $5 wager
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
