I have played countless of hands of 21. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this tactic or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you left at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
